ParticipantIf you don’t think she’s ripped in these photos, you have another definition or you’re just not trying.
ok…let me explain “ripped
anne freitas is a good example:

the muscle fibers are going lenghtwise in the legs: (if you can see the insertions its called shredded)

if the muscles are so hard and dieted that you can even see the interuptions in that fibers that is called ripped

thats a very rare condition, girls have to really work hard to get to that condition…thats why i dont like it if the word isnt used correctSeptember 17, 2012 at 9:11 pm #110020
AlexGKeymasterThank you for properly defining the terms of “ripped” and “shredded”, Chris.
That said, this thread is getting off topic from what the poster requested,
which was about HW FBBrs and creating a list of them, asking the members for suggestions.I’ve quoted it here, just as a refresher.
I have a rather curious but serious question. I plan on making a top list of greatest heavyweight female bodybuilders of all time including competitors from the past and today who would guys recommend on it? I just want to know beforehand so I can get all the facts straight before post it up in another forum some time next week. I would appreciate it a lot.

ParticipantLooks shredded to me. I guess we’ll just have to agree to disagree.

ParticipantI saw a video with Patricia Veldman on YouTube and the only thing registering through my mind was: GODDAAAAAAAAMN!! She certainly looks like a heavyweight for sure.

ParticipantThanks for your input so far. I will admit some of the comments are rather irrelevant but still, I am getting a huge number of suggestions though. So I really have nothing to complain about.

you want to make a list ?….for what reason ?…for yourself ?
it feel strange for me if someone wants to make a list with no basic knowledge…
the woman in the blue is anne freitas (allready mentioned some posts before)…if you call her heavyweight you can find out yourself
