ParticipantThank You
I know it will be a good book if its coming from THE MIGHTY LINGSTER
heheh
Are you musclular or just kind of out of shape?
Cause I'm just curious, in my mind most people on this blog might have bodies of those you see on the female domination vids, now that's just an assumption, dont mean to offend anyone…June 1, 2008 at 8:25 pm #70961Fett

Participantyou gotta hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week to see any results, eat as clean as possible and start RUNNING, IMO running can shed many pounds 🙂 here is another tip, do your weight training first, then your cardio, you will burn more calories that way and remember everyone's body is different

Participantwhat i do,by advice of a personal trainer,is when i do go to the gym i do first 30-40 min of weights supersetting them ! that mean almost no rest between exersizes (get advice about it before doing it),and then i hit the mill or cycle for 35 min more, when you cardio right after you done weights you basicly are burning fat of right from the start cause your body is already all pumped up.
the resources on the internet are incerdible ! just go on such sites as bodybuilding.com
and im sure you will find plenty of information !August 1, 2009 at 4:37 am #70965Ad_Meyer
ParticipantThings I did to shed 30 pounds in 6 months WITHOUT HITTING THE GYM 3 TIMES A WEEK:
1. Take a balanced and calorie-controlled diet (as recommended by diabetic dieticians in Japan, in my case). With your height, that means 1,600 kCal, or 20 units, of which 11 units to be taken from carbohydrates, 4 units from meat/fish/cheese, 1.5 units from milk/cream/yoghurt, 1 unit each from fruits, vegetables, and fats/oils, and the last 0.5 unit from seasonings (sauce, ketchup, etc.). Have these in 3 even meals, splitting the units as evenly as possible. Making evening meals lighter also helps.
As mine was a remedial diet for diabetes, no sugar/sweets was allowed, and no snacks. If your evening meal is late, then have some snack about 5pm, and reduce your meal by
the same amount.2. Walk a daily AVERAGE of 10,000 steps. For your height, the average step is 50 – 60 cm (20 – 24 inches), so we are talking about 5 – 6 km (3.5 – 4 miles) per day.
3. Have something to distract you from food. In my case, the threat of the Grim Reaper was sufficient, but you don't have that (yet).
Does this help?
