[Why]

Curious to your thoughts on this and whether anyone has any info on it. Basically when signing up, they want ALL of your credit card details. They don’t use a payment gateway as other sites and instead take your full CC number, all of the digits on the back strip, along with the phone number to the institution. IMO this seems very intrusive and extremely uncommon, I don’t know of any site that requests all of that information. Which leads to huge privacy concerns, of which I tried to learn what their policy is and only found this:

“We do not collect any customer information. Please see our payment processor’s Privacy Policy concerning collected information.”

So they don’t directly collect information, but what about the Valkyrie which is the front company they use for billing? Can’t find any real information on them anywhere, aside from the fact that they host associated sites such as femflex, boomer, etc.

Anyone know any more about the Valkyrie or why their payment system is so unconventional.

I think it’s basically the same ancient credit card clearing system that they’ve been using there since the mid 90s. Never had a problem with it.

All (or almost all) of the sites hosted by thevalkyrie.com use this payment system and have been using it forever (since before the rise of things like ccbill and paypal). I’ve never experienced any problem attributable to it. Cancelling is straightforward and pain-free.

I joined up with HerBiceps a few times in the past and never had a problem with the site! 🙂
