ParticipantSome of the funniest stuff I've read in a while… fake book jackets in which to hide your copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. WARNING: NSFW – Harsh language.
From the site:
"Do you love Harry Potter, but think you're too old and too awesome to be seen reading the books?"We have the solution, my friend. Print these out and you can safely read your Potter in front of all those ex Navy SEALS at the local strip club."
Especially clever for the number of in-jokes and references to the Harry Potter series that've been worked into the various covers – one incorporates a photo of (I believe) Alan Rickman, who plays "Snape" in the HP movies.

ParticipantThat's brilliant! ;D
Unfortunately I couldn't send it to any of my friends – they're all such Potter fans that they'd have very bad reactions. 🙁

ParticipantWhile I love the "Harry Potter" books, I wish they'd keep the british spellings in the American editions.
Can't help it. I'm a purist.

Participanthey, I've read all the books. and I (with my 'comrades' 🙂 ) started to translate the book to hungarian language (I've read it in english, one day before the release 🙂 ) in three weeks we passed the half of the book. (really hard work translating is – In yoda style 🙂 ) but the media and the publisher didn't like us… we had to stop or the hungarian publisher would prosecute (is this the right word? I'm still learning english 🙂 ) us… 🙁
It is the perfect ending of the series (well, I didnt like the epilogue)
But this is ridicolous. The book (the offical hungarian release – wich will be more expensive than the english…) will come out only in february! We finished more than half a book before we had to stop after three weeks!
(and I also read Star Wars books in english, because they doesn't come out in hungary unfortunately… ther is more than 120 SW books, and the hungarians (we 🙂 ) could only read twenty… maybe thirty)
So HP7 is a good book… I think everybody should read the series once… -
