Holy cow. Drawing out of friggin’ nowhere!

    Howdy, y'all… I've been a lurker of the worst sort for some time now, and even though I wanted to contribute, I just never had the time/will/creativity to do so…

    …But today I actually sat down and finished a drawing for the first time in months. And since I had been dabbling with Paintshop and my scanner, I figured, "what the hell."

    And I couldn't stop. It actually all fell into place, and for literally the first time ever, I inked, colored, and shaded a drawing. I even threw in a cheesy background, just because I could!

    Now, I'm not saying I did it well. I'm just saying that I did it. There is still a certain 'unfinished' look about her, and I definitely de-emphasized anatomical accuracy in favor of… um… roundness. 😀

    But as long as I'm on this roll, I offer up my very first internet drawing submission to you guys. Comments and criticisms are welcome.

    A most wonderful work, dear David. There is a brilliance to the softness of her form and muscle that matches the softness of her chamrs and expression. I's also appriciate the little touches -such as her navel. Very nice. Though I's would question her stature in relation to her age -which make the pieces very borderline but still fantastic.
