ParticipantLooks like you're the second person to comment that the arms need work. My intent was to create amazingly oversized biceps that appeared as if they were being pushed downwards as the heads were squeezed against her sides, but I'm not sure I presented it in the right way. I wonder if I'm not losing my touch in this line of art if I'm not catching obvious flaws like these.
*edit: feedback thus far motivated me to go back and trim/tighten the biceps a bit.

AlexGKeymasterA Chinese American, Juni is the first documented case of MHD (Musculoskelatal Hypertrophic Disorder) . . .
And let us hope and pray she never suffers from a case of PISD (Post Immigrant Stress Disorder) else look out, the city is doomed. ๐
โI like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.โ

Probably a wise move, they had a sythnol-esque appearance to them. 8)

ParticipantOdd, I think the arms are cool – super-big, but very relaxed. She might need to give a flex just to let us be sure. Also, I think her legs are fine and Masschine obviously doesn't know squat! (Okay, that was just a bad joke – I'm a big fan of the Mass Man and respect his opinion!) Anyway, Doc, it's always GREAT to see your art!

ParticipantThey were a bit different in the original draft, but people were tactful in telling me that I'd screwed up. What you see now is the retool. :p

That's another thing i just like in your art: diversity! You don't let yourself be restrained by clichรฉ or stereotypes…

ParticipantThanks…I try to avoid cliche, but that doesn't mean I don't fall right into it a bunch. ๐ For this character I really wanted something a bit different from the rest of my concepts because I plan on doing a lot with her over time. This one is my Lu, Tetsuko, or Ness. ๐
Part of the reason I wanted to work with this particular concept is because Asian women are typically viewed as very small and unassuming, and I wanted to go completely the other direction.
