    Well worth a look, though I really can't tell if it's all that serious or not. Essentially a video of a young woman who decides to hit the gym. But like I said, well worth a look.

    Yes, I saw this the other day.  I'm so annoyed by the comment of one idiot who says that she almost changes sex by the end of the video. WTF?! ??? >:(

    A nice little vid though. The girl has potential, definitely… if she can learn proper form. Man, find her a personal trainer please.
