How old does an FBB have to be considered a mature FBB? I was thinking about this for a while. I wanted to see what you all think about that? I think over 40 years old.
If it was over 40 years old then Karen Zaremba would be considered mature. She's 45 years old and barely look a day over 32.
No mature muscle would be women in their late 50's going into their 60's. It's only around that age that you start to see the wrinkles and old age show through the skin.
What kind of maturity are we referring to? 😮
As far as the NPC goes they start Masters at 35. If it's muscle maturity I'd say it's probably aroun 5 years or more into competitive training. Purely age wise it can be anything over 30 but I've run into women I'd consider mature younger and immature older.
