I guess the smiley face sums it up…
Thanks, Pimp, for the advice on separating out days for certain excercises and sections. I feel better, and hopefully will see some strength gain from it…I've also tried to adjust my diet, I've never eaten that much, and it was hard for me to increase my intake when I started going to the gym regularly, and that took a toll quickly. So I've been eating a LOT more, and found that I do well "feel good" wise with chicken and fish for my protein supplies ๐As far as the squat routines…They are getting a little scary to me now…Last session was 295 pounds on the final set, and something over 300 with the hack sled (I don't know what the sled itself weighs)….I do 3 sets of squats and 3 sets of hack squats 2 to 3 times a week. Ive been adding 10 pounds with every set of 8 at every session for a little while now, and it doesn't seem to show a sign of stopping…The last set is always the heaviest, and the easiest…So I should be breaking 300 pounds tonight, or collapse into a broken pile of meat and bones ๐
Tonight is also bench press night, I'm hoping to finally break 145…We'll see ๐
And I've been doing lots more running! I like to run, it's fun, plus at the end I like to work the treadmill out a little by ramping up to a light sprint…
So, in summary; Having fun, doing okay ๐
I'll keep you updated as things change ๐

You next challange is to find the prefect Balance between all things.Diet is always the greatest task to manage -especially when you first begin to increase your daily intake.
Do you watch your protein or your chaloric intake? Or simply both.
I's can also recommend as a good Protein filler -which means you can eat least for the same results but still feel full- is Tofu.
Firm Tofu is always best because it actually has a solid texture to it and can be more easier manipulated in cooking -especially when thinly sliced into strips and added to stir-fried pork or beef dishes.I's do wish you luck in your goals and progess but must also tell you that this post will be moved to the new Progress Board. Please direct all future posts of this nature there and retain this section for questions.
Again, best of luck, dear ntsly.
Peace

Thank you

No Fault, no blame, dear ntsly.
This section is meant to be "Progress & Photos", only Lingster knows why it is not.
As Moderator, I's like to keep this section for progress reports and the main as training questions, tips and advice so there is no confusion for the posters here.
So, please continue to post your progress as you feel fits and best of luck to you.
Peace
