Silent One
ParticipantEven if I choose show all unread topics I'm shown as having read them all which I know I haven't . . .
However it will show me recent replies to my posts. Go fig.

KeymasterI'm waiting on a bug fix from the group who wrote the code. A lot of the stuff is beta release open-source, so we're not going to see 100% reliability.

ParticipantThe Unread post link seems to be working properly, Thank Lingster.

KeymasterIs it!? I tried to fix it last night but thought I was unsuccessful. I'm pretty sure I was not successful.

ParticipantThe "Unread Posts" still isn't working for me (as before). I changed my password and have visited fairly regularly with the main Amaz0ns site recognizing my user-id/profile, but it still never shows any new posts. Is this part of the current problem, or is there something else I might need to try? Any help is appreciated.

I can't explain that. I've been through your user account in both systems, and there's nothing odd about it at all.

ParticipantScratch that, it's not working anymore.

ParticipantI'm having the same problem as no6 (or is that no1 ).
Basically, I'm pretty sure since the most recent change, the vast majority of times I log in (I can't remember when this DIDN'T happen, but I know it has) it says, "There are no new unread posts" when I click on the link to see what's been posted since I last arrived.
I blame Maxorg, King of the Volcanic Lava Cactus Men. It's hailing outside, which means he's up to his no good tricks, once again.
CURSE YOU MAXORG!

All I can think of is that it might be a session cookie problem. Amaz0ns wants to give your browser a cookie when you begin a new session, so if you're not accepting cookies the site may simply treat you as if you've already been online indefinitely.
Do you have cookies turned on?
Amaz0ns actually sends quite a few cookies to manage sessions – it's the downside of using several different pieces of software to manage the site.

ParticipantI honestly don't know if my cookies are on or off. Damn that Maxorg bastard. 😐
