I just don’t fucking get lurkers

    I know I’m late to the party, but I just want to chime in. I myself get a little perturbed when I have a post of like 1-2 thousand views and nobody bothers to even say good job.
    However, I did a little experiment and I decided not to post my last 3-4 works and see how many page views and favs I would get just off of deviantart. I must say the amaz0ns bump is huge! So even without responses it’s worth my time to post here.
    But from an artists pov, if someone responds to my work, you’ll probably see more of it and sooner rather than later.

    Pff. This is all old hat.

    I was ranting about lurkers and how they should shampoo my crotch back in the Wreck Shop days.

    But it’s not the lurkers’ fault.

    It’s hard to type with just one-hand.

    You would think that class action lawsuit would get you to stop talking about your crotch in public, I’m not even going to ask how the hell the South Wales Sheep Shearing Union, and an angry lemur got involved in that mess.

    It just starts to feel dull to post messages like ‘good job’ with zero value after awhile. Maybe it would be good etiquette but things just go fast in the net forums.
