    Rather cold indeed… ;D I put the heating on when it reached 16ยฐC in the house. 18 is nice for me… ๐Ÿ™‚ but 10, you need a parka in the house… ๐Ÿ˜›

    Chilly indeed!  Strangely, I'm a typical Rosbif in that, when it comes to cold weather, I think in terms of Celcius, yet, in summer, I switch to Fahrenheit… ::)

    Oh, and, though I suspect you're joking – if M. Sarkozy is going to save the world, he'd better hurry! ๐Ÿ˜€

    ALL dads are like that.  Mine bought a digital thrmstate a few years ago.  And found out you can program it.  Its never warm in my house any more from to sunset dawn!!

    I admire the frugality, but are things that bad in the US just yet?  Surely the recession is all a figment of your imaginations?  (Re: Mr Gramm.)
