Which one should I get? I see there's a build up collection, and a collection of comics (I think). Does anyone have any suggestion on what the most 'complete' collection would be? I'd normally ask in my local comic book store, but I'm 120 miles away from it at Uni so it's a little difficult…

Marvel ought to launch a Civil War Chess Set, just like the old Franklin Mint schlock.

Civil war had the same problem that many universe shattering mini series seem to have. the consistancey was so off it was like hitting myself in the head with a rock and the ending waseven worse then that.

It is utterly incoherent. Buying a collection will make you wonder how exactly Marvel defines the word 'editor'.

Civil War is one of the worst things to ever happen to comics. Even though that list has been rapidly expanding over the last couple years, CW remains locked in a battle for the top with Amazons Attack and One More Day.

Heh, that seems to be a resounding 'don't get any!'

Only if you want your heart broken by what they did to the characters.   :'(

By contrast World without Hulk and World War Hulk was much more rewarding, but rather then the ending that they used, I would have preferred to see Hulk to bring Ironman and Mr Fantastic down even lower, making them the pariahs of the MU.  Force them to have to re-earn the trust of the heroes and heroines for what they've done.

Oh and end the (bleepin') registration act, too, showing it up as the unconstitutional document that it is, too.  >:(

    Heh, cheers.

Thanks guys, averted me from making a bad purchase. Now if only I hadn't bought that Japanese Wii for Smash Bros Brawl…
