Anyone who has worked closely with this brand, please advise: are there any specific nuances when connecting the power supply to this particular series?

In particular, I’m concerned about the sealing of the cable entries—do the standard gaskets hold up, or is it better to install proper seals right away so the motor doesn’t get flooded after a couple of seasons? Another important point is balancing the impeller after shipping. Do I need to perform a check on-site, or do they come perfectly balanced from the factory and can be started right away?
