Is Paying Someone to Take the HiSET Exam Legal

    I am attempting to know the regulations of the HiSET exam. Is it actually legal to have someone pay so that he/she can sit the test on your behalf? I have heard on the Internet that someone can say such words as Pay someone to take my HISET exam, and it seems to be rather dangerous and even criminal. Is this a potential cause of test cancellation, bans, and legal trouble in case found? Has no one enquired what the official policies or consequences to this are?
