    Looks like Frank Frazetta.

    Mike Hoffman is notorious for patterning his style after Frazetta. If it's up to his usual level I wouldn't bother. Here's his page.

    Hoffman does have a resemblance to Frazetta, but for what I read, the covers are from Frazetta.
