My first strongman/woman competition! I had such a great time, took 1st place since no other women entered, but had a blast and really enjoyed a chance to compete. Thanks to everybody who helped me out and to everybody who’s been so supportive, i appreciate it so much!

On the road to a 405 deadlift… not the prettiest, but it’s there… 325 lbs for 2 reps, new PR weighing in at 154 lbs today.
