They are talking about how Jana's body reminds people of Rambo or Terminator; but it doesn't make a difference to the 43 year old. She wants to show her body the way she likes best and also her boyfriend finds muscles very sexy. To look like that she must follow a stressful daily routine, where workouts begin partly before breakfast. She trains twice in the gym a day, and says the stress pays off. She makes money from competitions, and though it's not a lot, she doesn't want to look the way she did before (when she's holding the photographs). Most other people (the others talking on the video) don't find such big muscles attractive. Then she talks about the materials of the different dresses and finally says that beneath the muscles she's a totally normal woman.
