Jessica Work is a 22 year old bodybuilder from West Virginia. She manages and works as a personal trainer at her fitness center. She started lifted in 2001 at the age of 16 and quickly became addicted. After lifting for a year, she started powerlifting and still continues to compete. She has set 8 American Records in the USPF as a Junior female including a 330lb bench and 501 deadlift. In 2006, she competed in her first bodybuilding show in Pittsburgh, PA and placed first in the middleweight class. Since then she has competed in 9 other shows including the 2008 Nationals in Atlanta, GA. Jessica plans to continue competing and reaching her ultimate goal of standing on stage with the pros one day.

Thank of the stuff that her Ali Huston could do if they both started training and powerlifting togther. They would be a real life super hero team.
