She was on F Troop. Her part was a blonde Indian Princess named Yellowbird.
Julie was taller then most on the set and her character was really strong. She took a shine to Captain Wilton Parmenter. Two or three times they have her pick him up off the ground. It was fake of course but still thrilling for a 60's show.

I actually think if Julie could she would really do that to a guy.

I met Ms Newmar at an autograph show and damn if she can still fit in the Catwoman costume.

I got her autograph on a Li Abner DVD at the New York Big apple con,
I was wearing My Punky knight Costume ,She Goes my your a Buffed Girl , How much iron do you Pump? I said "a lot" ,
She told me she still works out alot with areobics, she can't believe how many dancers she knows let themself go . I ask her how her son , and so forth. its great when childhood heros do small talk. 🙂

Yeah she was great to talk too. I was wearing my Albatros shirt. It's a German WWI bi-plane and we were discussing the spelling at one point. It is correct in German.
