    I've seen Kagi13 post, but only as a guest.  There are 2 accounts in the forum that seem to be the same person (Kagi13 and Kagi1.3), but neither have posted. 🙁

    When Kagi posted as a gueat, he did mention that he had issues becoming a member because of a system fault but we were assured that was mended.

    When he next posts upon his Live Journal, I's shall ask him if he did managed to join and if he would mind sharing any of his works with us.
