That was my first thought when I initially saw the photo, but it’s only an optical illusion. What seems to be the outer edge of her tricep in the image is in actuality a part of her latimus merged with the upper arm.

A closer examination of the original uncompressed image reveals a faint edge of the upper arm that can be seen to be overlapping the latimus.
