I’ve seen plenty of people who gives you an impression do they even lift but can lift some impressive numbers. For one example Aneta Florczyk was pretty much always the smallest one in the strongwomen line up but also the strongest.
500¨plus deadlift
300 pounds overhead
I saw stories about her a dozen times yesterday, since she lives in one of the nearby suburbs.
What I find amazing is, as strong as she is, she doesn’t really look it. She just looks like another blonde you’d see jogging along the bike path on a summer morning.
She look strong but not huge like some FBB (very pretty too). Look can be deceiving.
Indeed!
“I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.”
~ Mark Twain / Samuel Clemens (1907)
I use to think people that look huge are always stronger. There are a lot of strength show and wrestling matches where the fitness looking girls beats the FBB looking girls.
