    Casual flexing from a beautiful woman – thanks Alex! I honestly think that Lenka could be one of the more recent generations of Physique/Figure competitors who could re-popularise female muscle. She somehow makes it accessible; perhaps it’s because her general appearance isn’t extreme in the (often very sexy to us but off-putting to others) way that someone like Lisa Cross or even Kortney Olson is.

    This past yr, Lenka competed in the 2015 Czech Republic Championship & 2015 European Championships in Spain.

    There’s pictures posted from both contests in the Competitions Photos section on her website.
