Ligaya Part 3- A day in a life of a female bodybuilder

A day after the contest, which is weekend Ligaya woke up early to do her usual cardio workout which is running about for two hours to prepare for her intense workout whose first part is about 3 hours on morning when it is weekend. So she wear her tight jogging suit and heads towards the Baywalk of Manila bay. She starts her running with some stretchings good thing she and Bayani did a shopping last night after the show that she have new line of workout clothes to contain her already very muscular physique. Some members of the National Rowing Team noticed her while doing her stretching and since she wears t-shit whose sleeves are cut her arms are clearly visible.

Excuse me are you Ligaya Dimagiba? One young member of the rowing team asked. "Yes I am" she said. "ow you are so muscular in person. I have seen you in TV but in real I think you are bigger than most men bodybuilders". he continued. "Well I guess I am working that hard so I get these muscles" as she is stretching up her legs to full extension while talking to him. Good thing you are not concern when others noticed and put a negative reaction on your muscles. I think they are too big already the guy said. "But I want them to be bigger besides these muscles seem have a life of their own they just grow so fast she said laughing. But to tell you, I believe there is nothing wrong if a female is "too muscuar" as you said. Besides this is my lifestyle and destiny. We are in a free country so I can do everything as long I dont hurt others. In fact I hurt myself doing this hours of training and diet but I love it because. This makes me happy. I hope that will explain my side and i see your teamates calling you up to ride the boat. I have to run now. These muscles needs some workout you see. As she flex her legs that make the rowing guy awestruck then rushed to his teamates and Ligaya eventually continue her cardio through running.

An everyday 10km run seems not a hard time for this muscular girl. But her sweat is a clear evidence that she is struggling as of this moment. But still she manages to enjoy her "walk" especially when others take a second look upon him. She loves that she was getting some glance. Perhaps she is just kinda have the character to be cheerful and wants attention. Near the Fountain at the church she take her break bringing him his usual supply of healthy tuna sandwich and a good drink of water. Being still single she prepare her things all by herself. Only when she needs Bayani's assistance will at least give him a freehand. Still even they are partners, they still live separately to show respect to both sides and eventually live together when they get married in the future.

When she reach her home she proceed immediately to the basement where her sanctuary is located=where the weights the barbells and dumbells are scattered. She wasted no time and starts lifting. You could hear her grimmaces and struggles and every rep but still she doesnt stop after all this is her first weight session. The second one will be later before her bed time shower. Pounds after pounds kilos after kilos and rep after rep, she does every exercises with accuracy and checks the mirror how pumped are they. Seeing the results of her lifts makes her more motivated. And so after 3 long hours her first part of her training ends. Soaking with sweat and almost in pain yet very motivated with the pump, Ligaya smiling to see the results. Hard body and hard spirit.

After Lunch, she and Bayani will have their date after they attended the sunday mass. Since they will be going to mass the girl wear more "decent attire" with black trousers up only to her quads and a more loose soccer jersey and her fave pair of running shoes. In the Philippines a person can attend a a mass when he/she is wearing "smart casual" clothing. But behind that casual clothing, Ligaya had wear a pink halter top since she thinks to remove her shirt after the mass since it is that hot and sunny that day.

Bayani does not have a car so they usually get along by commuting. So they met at near the church entrance. "How is the small girl?" Bayani said as she kisses Ligaya's arm. Well have a great pump for my morning shift and that rowing team member at Manila bay have the usual reaction when she sees a girl like me." Ligaya said with a smile. "Well lets us go inside the church at least we can have a good seat before the mass begins." Bayani replied.

They hear the mass with silence and conteplation. Being both born with Devout Catholic descent they see to it they did their duties for the church in simple things. Besides it doesnt matter what faith you are as long you are in good morals and example. As both partners said when other religions try to persuade them since they have relatives who are members of Iglesia Ni Cristo and other sects.

After the mass Ligaya removed her shirt at the Ladies washroom since she feels that hot and uncomfortable. She reveals her fave stuff pink workout tank top and matching it on her trousers that seems to get ripped due to the size of her legs. The girls in the washroom are shocked when they see her. Oh she is big! one said. Aww she is like a man. Perhaps she is a gay. Ligaya ignore their comments and just smiled and even get a tissue paper to repair her lipstick to prove she is 100% woman.

Oh I never thought you are wearing that! Bayani replied with amazement. "I am getting a little warm and besides the Priest will scold me if I wear this in the mass" So what is our itnerary for this afternoon sweetie? Well at least we should grab some lunch Bayani said. Dont worry I know a place where you could eat salads safely without sacrificing your appetite. Well you forget darling it is weekend so I can have a cheat day. Ligaya said. Oh! what a forgetful guy I am well you can choose where you want to beat your hunger.
