Her arms are bigger than she seen for ther whole life. Ligaya on the other hand, smiled and get closer until seems a bond between them make the girl cry and then hugged Ligaya sobbing. Its alright, its alright dont worry i am here, we are here. Ligaya said.

That sobbing moment is again replaced with silence as the girl calmed down. Ligaya smiled at the girl and asked for her name. Until she heard that the Girl's name is Anna. Then after few moments again the Pinay musclewoman asked what happened on her. Ligaya learned that this girl is a drug dependent due to her peers and that she left her home in exchange of her friends that eventually become really a bad influence upon her. In a police raid in their pot session is the way that she is arrested then handled over to the Center for counselling.

Anna then seems get the rapport of the muscle woman become also curious on the physique of her counselor. Ate Joy why your muscles are so big? she asked. Well I love training and I am so active in sports perhaps i am that gifted to have these muscles. Do you want to see them better. Hmm yes. the teen girl said. The Ligaya closed the door of the room and removed her shirt to reveal herself wearing black workout bra then slowly pose for a little.

Well if you dont know bodybuilding, I am a bodybuilder Ligaya said. It takes lots of effort to build these muscles as well as the diet. But this makes me happy. How about you, what do u think makes you happy as she winked her eye to the girl. Hmm I dont know really. Let us see the strongwoman said. She handed down a color pencil and a sketchbook. Well lets us have  an activity. I will pose then try draw me okay. But I am not that good in drawing. It doesnt matter just try to express yourself.

This time Ligaya poses simply not compared what he did in contests and with Bayani. Still her muscles are so big. Jenny peeps a little in the door to see what happens. Even she is working with her Ate Joy for many months, she is still amazed how big their counselor is. Ligaya seems caught Jenny and went to the door. If you like to join us come in Ligaya said. I dont care If boys think of me. Times are changing Jenny girl. You know the clamor  for "girl power" I think Anna wants also to be empowered right Anna? The girl simply nod. Then after the session they take a break and Ligaya talked to Jenny. I thought you understand me already about my sport girl? Perhaps I dont do any harm and I dont like violence. I just like to be strong muscular healthy and happy. Still I am wondering that you dont feel any "superiority complex" it seems your so humble and not that really a hardcore feminist. " If i assert superiority, men will further discriminate us. I believe feminism is just for equality of sexes not being one superior to others. Oh okay very well the enlightened Jenny replied. I am so sorry If I am somewhat put question on your muscles. Oh it is fine girl. Just remember I am may be full of hard muscles outside but still I have a soft heart.

Ligaya put back her shirt back. And after the counseling went to the university for her teaching job. Being the weight trainer in her Alma mater, she gains the respect of most faculty since the school athletics team gain more medals due to her ways of training. Some students still cant comprehend her physique and still murmurs about her. The notions that oh look at ther back she seems can wrestle someone. Watch for her she can break you like a matchstick. Still those pereceptions are erased due to her soft and gentle character. Most of the students called her Ms. Joy or Ma'am Joy. Mostly members of the Girls athletic team is her fan. They sometimes want that their teacher do some feats before they begin training. Her gymnastics skills is a basic showcase for them. As well as her almost a hundred one finger pushups is a great motivation for others. Still it seems that no one wants to be like her. Muscular all over and full of spirit of athleticism and dedication.

After training, one of the members of women's athletic team approacher her. This girl is quite one of the tallest in the team. You know Ms. Joy i am so amazed to ur skills but still i am wondering how muscular are you. If you dont mind can I see you posing? I think I want to be like you….

Hmm remember girl that Bodybuilding is alot different in athletics. Well but if you like to see my muscles I will allow you but at least my upper body first okay?

So she see to it that the door of the dressing room is locked to do a simple posing session. If you are ready to see me here i am as she removed her shirt. Even at relaxed stage veins are already seen on this Filipina muscle woman. Even she does not have breasts she had thick pecs that are so deep and thick and defined under her deep natural brown skin. You know my child you must ready to the consequences of the training and sacrifice. Do you think do still want to be like me? The girl said at least I will try. Really no one had ever reached the level of your strength and muscularity. Have you tested your limits she asked? Actually dear I test my limits everyday when I workout. Then ligaya gently lifted the girl in one hand and make her sat on her lap. Well at least you can be strong but I dont know really if you will become strong like me. Results are still varies on your genes.  But I think with your physique you can be a good bodybuilder.

Well here is another pose for you, have seen a woman with wings hehe? The girl's eyes are focused on the lat muscles of their champion coach. It seems that Ligaya's beef is comming from nowhere. Well even me, i am amazed on my potential but that serves as my motivation. When I see my muscles get pumped. I want to lift more and longer even I am already sore and full of pain.

Well i guess that is just a preview what i does a female bodybuilder looks like and by the way I have a hard time buying clothes and there are times that i make it customized. Like my legs they are bigger than my waist and my lats are flaring but my waist is so small. So if you want to have lots of shopping time I guess female bodybuilding is for you haha.

It was another day for Ligaya and after taking her dinner she went again to lift more weights. But first she warms up for a little. Her warmup weights are 70lb curls 200lbs bench 600 deadlift and 400 squat but that is only the beginning.

It may think she is an animal but it is just dedication so she proceed her poundages that she curls 200lbs Bench 500 Deadlift almost 1000lbs and Squat 1200. And she did it more reps and sets that she did also supersetting. As she finished weights he sees her partner watching near the door of the gym still in awe.

Oh Bay! you dont told that you come as she did the last few reps for the squat. Bay have the keys of Ligaya's house in case of emergency. Well it is really quite an emergency Ligaya I heard that the Philippine Sports Commission will endorse you for the Asian Bodybuilding Championsips later this year. Bayani said. Did I bother your intenese workout? Phew you are such hardcore trainer my partner.

Its fine Bay. That will be great. I cant wait to be back on stage showing my hardwork to other nations. As she wipe of the sweat glistening to all her bodyparts. I will go to the Philippine Sports Commission Office tomorrow to verify it she said with a smile
