    I think for the HB shoot there definitely was a large light used,  but need Ling to confirm. The details may be secret since Mike definitely got a great effect using it – I would rate it the top lighting job I have seen from the different shoots at the Arnold posted so far. 

    For the HDP shoot there were supplemental lights used in the hotel room.  In the gym it was just the ambient light with a little flash to kick her up from the background.

    Secret? Like the Colonel's Seven Herbs and Spices? Unless Mike (E.?) invented photography, I hardly think his lighting set-up is proprietary information. I'm just fascinated by it all–I'm not gonna do anything with it. 😀

    It certainly was good, but can you imagine how hot it would have been with oil rather than water?! 😮 8)

    Seriously girl, register lindsaycope.com and start your own site rather letting Herbiceps/HDPhysique take the lions share of the money. I would totally pay $20 a month for all-Lindsay, all the time. She out lifts pretty much everyone on Diymuscle and has no qualms about stripping down to a thong and crawling and flexing on a bedspread. I really think she is on the same level as Cindy Phillips / Johanna Dejager and could do her own site.

    Theres got to be at least a thousand guys on the Internet like me right?
