login/password issues

    I seem to be having a problem with logging in.  I would go through the "forgot password" and get the email, use it to try to reset my password back to what I was using…  it comes up with a dialog box saying to choose which profile to change the password on.  If I had created two profiles, I apologize, I did not mean to.  Please let me know what I can do to correct this.  Thanks

    There's only one I can see.  Were there two profiles listed?

    Yep, both having the same name, which doesn't make sense to me, but that's what I saw >.<
    and I had to request a new login again >.<
