This one was fairly recent and had a second part. It might have been on the Valkyrie but I can't seem to find it again.

It was about genetically altered women or clones or something like that. They are bread for exhibit fighting I believe. Some of the girls are getting out of hand and a guy is sent to take them out but falls for one and helps her escape. As the story goes she is getting very much stronger.
