Makoto: Buff Street Fighting Karate Girl

    Makoto is a tomboyish young karate practitioner who made her first appearance in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and who’s now returning in the newest installment in the Street Fighter saga: Super Street Fighter IV.

    I’ve always suspected that she had a pretty buff physique underneath her flowing gi (after all, she does lift guys twice her size off the ground during her karakusa move =D), and I must say her alternate costume in SSFIV confirms my hunch. It’s a kind of “farm girl” outfit that includes a cute straw hat, sturdy boots and, most importantly, nothing at all on the arms.

    I have to admit I always kinda thought she’d be buff from her moves and how strong she is in game.. or maybe it was just a LOT of wishful thinking!!! 😆 😛 Well it’s not like a skinny chick would pull these off:

    Yeah, but it’s creepy how they kept the hands supersized in this 3D version. That’s one thing I felt was unnecessary when they upgraded from 2D.
