    Actually, once a long while back a cc class that I was taking was taught by woman that was also regional powerlifter / bbr. B)

    Sounds like a daft thing to say, I know, but, having studied French A-level (aged 16-18) and having been to France, there’s something very Gallic about her. BTW, her name in the thread needs an acute accent mark over the final “e” – Vergé.

    Funny, when I first saw her Instagram handle – @mnn_fit – I assumed it had something to do with Minnesota. Which seemed odd, because she doesn’t look Nordic at all (and Minnesota is substantially populated with the descendants of Scandinavian immigrants and pioneers). Later I learned she’s French, which makes a lot more sense.

    but back in the day, I had a CC class taught by gal that was also a competitive (regional level) FBBr and powerlifter.B)

    also bodybuilding teacher always is a good idea
