And this Winter in Australia has not been as bitter as ones previously known but it does take it's toil on diet and bodyfat loss none-the-less.

Where will the contest be held?
For I's am looking to take my's wife and daughter to one so they can experience what I's have first hand.

And we'd be most grateful for any advice you can offer.

I'm 4 weeks out from my next competition at the moment. Should be a fun show, though it's winter here in Australia and dieting isn't as easy when the weather is so cold. I'm focusing on a photoshoot we'll do at the same time so I'm trying to be extra good  🙂

I'll have a look at the training section and offer any useful advice if I can.

Welcome to the sight. It's nice to have the oppritunity (yes I know my spelling sucks lol) to actually chat with some of the women that we very much addore.
