Miesha and her sister. I assume they have similar genetics. This demonstrated what exercise and diet do to woman’s body. Miesha is probably 25 pounds heavier and most of that is muscle. One of them can choke out an elephant and the other one looks like she might struggle to carry two bags of grocery.
