    It’s frustrating when the fitness competitors keep getting this flak just for wanting to get into shape and compete.

    Teacher Mindi Jensen has been told she has to put down her online fitness photos or else.

    On the surface, I’d agree w/ you. However, that said – is there anything in her teaching contract w/ the school that overtly proscribes her from posting personal pictures on her own time, with her own on-line resources, that are not school related in any form?

    If so, then she agreed to the terms of service and should pull them down. If not, then they – and the parents – should shut up already. Just cuz they’re so uptight doesn’t give them carte blanche to infringe on her rights of free expression and free association.

    and that is why fitness celebrities never should add people they don’t know
    Also HOW DID THE PARENTS FIND HER?
    Nobody ever calls out said person GOOGLE-ing the muscular person in question
    OR
    My personal favorite,..so&so’s husband who found their kid’s teacher doing/have done porn gets away scot-free while the person in question is rode outta town
