Well, it may or may not have been a Power Ranger ripoff. I didn't really get into that stuff too much. But, when this came on, I said "oh ya muscle babes in a kids show". That could have ignited girls spirits to get buff and strong. Like male superhero characters do for boys. They could see the women's muscles and they didn't look like the men.

The poster really has a problem with anyone calling it a ripoff of Power Rangers. I would say it is, if only as another way of cashing in on the Power Ranger-type popular programming.  🙂

Well, the Power Rangers, are in fact, a licensed "ripoff" of a japanese show that's been on for quite some time in japan. Not only that, but many of the different seasons are based on japanese seasons, ans sometimes the openings are even the same I think.

It's just a formula for a kid's show, that is a hit, so everybody does something "similar" to exploit the concept and make some fast profit. That's all.
