Why do so many people dislike muscle women, even if they are still feminine and sexy? It’s like they get enraged by seeing a muscle women because they think their trying to be a man, but really they are just trying to be a stronger healthier women. I’m sure this question has been asked before, but I am still curios why so many people hate a women with muscles.

Is this just a generalized question,
or did you have a recent experience where this came up in a discussion w/ others?“I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.”

January 28, 2013 at 1:16 pm #112313saculParticipantalso it may not be as much hate as it is social ostracizing. for instance, let’s take gays as an example. i agree there’s a lot of advancement and more acceptance in more recent years, but any social deviance, and we tend to shove that aside. i also mentioned this in another thread that bodybuilding as a sport male or female is not really seen in the same light as more ‘mainstream’ ones

The episode starts with Katie Olson mentioning the movie Million Dollar Baby and one of the guys immediately claims, “Oh that movie sucked! It was completely unrealistic! Everyone knows women can’t fight or have muscles.”
That is what almost every guy I’ve met IRL believes, they gripe about Hilary Swank in that movie and Gina Carano and Madonna’s biceps… and they aint even buff! I can’t understand how dude’s hang on to that ideology even when we’re sitting back being lazy watching the olympics as incredibly fit women achieve super human feats going above and beyond what, apparently, most guys seem to think girls are capable of.
January 29, 2013 at 1:44 pm #112325saculParticipantits a carryover from the old mentality. i think men like them are bigoted and backwards. like there i feel for example, the US is still not ready to have a woman lead beacause they feel that a woman CAN”T lead. actually that isn’t true, and in a lot of older countries had good woman leaders, catherine the great, maria theresa, joan of arc, and even today we have chancellor merkel of germany, and a female president for south korea and brazil.
so going back to what you said that women can’t have muscles, its like uh, technically, both genders have muscles, that’s part of the human body. its the way we develop them and use them that makes it stand out

Its like the guy needs to be taller, stronger, faster, the Superman syndrome …please. I think its scary to the ones that dislike a women of steel to think that they may be the prey. There on the food chain and not at the top 😉
Little TMI …I find it fun when my legs are strong enough to open your partners and Im stuck in that interesting possition till I have to use my arms to escape ….its kinda fun.

Women can lead, they just can’t do it well 😆 Call me old school on that one!
