Some weeks ago, l awoke abruptly from the worst dream or night terror l had ever had, and in a moment of confusion l wrote it down and posted it in the FREE FOR ALL section of the forum. The rest you know, and l am more sorry than you can possibly know – l thought that section of the site was specifically where you could post comments on anything but muscle women. Why, l first encountered the term ‘free for all’ in a SAD SACK comic, where it was used as a substitute for the words ‘fight,’ ‘battle’ or ‘melee.’
