Sorry for the late reply, but lots to do, etc.

First off, I have to say, that model is looking pretty damn awesome! I've always wanted to see a photo-realistic, CGI model of a super-huge muscle-chick, and you're well on the way to making that happen.

I agree with most of what people have said already. That dent in the middle of the pecs looks a bit weird, but maybe you mean it be the product of her extreme conditioning. I also think you need to put work on modelling the bones and make them stand out from the muscles more. I also think there is too much gap in between the muscle groups, or at least its the wrong shape. It just looks overly sculpted when you see a highlight coming off the space between the groups.

In order to bting out deep enough striations you need to raise the thickness of the displacement, and as far as i know displacement is not considered while simulating cloth so the skin will poke thru clothes…

Why don't you make the displacement map negative only? ie if you simply carve the striations into the mesh, I can't see how that cause anything to poke out of the clothes. At any rate, you shouldn't run into too much trouble if you're only rigging the low-poly mesh anyway.

Oh and CGMann, thanks for the tip about SyFlex. I still think that modeling the actual muscles is the best way to add realistic movement to a muscular model.
