    I know this forum is about female strength and power, and I'm far from female, but I was so excited that I wanted to share.

    Back Squat: 265 lbs
    Shoulder Press: 135 lbs
    Deadlift:  345 lbs

    I'm 5'10" and 195 lbs.

    I'm just a few hours of intern from a BS in Exercise Physiology, so if anyone has questions, I'd be very happy to do the research and/or answer your questions.

    What's your best (classic question) on bench press?

    And are these for single max lifts, or for reps – and if so, how many?

    Single max lifts.  It's been years since I maxed on the bench.
