I didn’t get it all, but her name is Dowanna Swan. Spelling is hard to say whether it’s accurate. She lives in Texas. She doesn’t exercise, she eats a lot, she’s listless. I got that they diagnosed her with type 2 diabetes, but it’s extremely unusual for people with that to not gain weight. In her case, her body fat is less than 1%. I think one of the doctors said that lipodistrophy causes the development of the muscles too. So she gets insulin to inject and leptin to inject twice a day because her body wasn’t making any on its own. This also means that her chances of conceiving increase a lot.

Its not why she is so muscular. The lipodystrophy affects the fat percentage and muscle mass, her organism buillds muscle not proportionally thats why her triceps was so huge as if it was inflated. She does have more musclemass than a normal woman, and she has unusually low body fat. Read about lipodystrophy
