    Just proves that woman doesn't have to as big as a guy to be just as strong.

    I would never think she'd have a chance to lift that given her size.. quite an eye opener.

    I'm not so impressed.

    First, she's moving that weight all of a few inches which hardly counts as a deadlift.  Second, technique is everything with power lifts.

    This is not a brag, but I've trained women who can lift almost that much from the ground.
