    And I have to admit…the roster of ladies there was impressive.

    A little bummed Roxie Rain (2nd place in LHW) didnt win…but being beat out by Elena Seiple wasnt too bad.

    And the sole fact that Sheila Bleck was in the most insane shape ive ever seen her in…yeah. I was in shock.

    I see Juan is still using micro-size images for his site. For this reason I prefer Muscular Development Online's coverage of shows.
