I'd start here http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.List and try to check tessource and other places, it's possible that it's a mod of the Eshme mesh.
I would have made a muscle mod if I had the 3d modelling programs to do it but I don't, but I will offer to give you a high quality skin texture like this one if you find me the mesh.

November 22, 2007 at 2:43 am #63593TC2ParticipantI have Nif tools myself, it's how I make sure the skin wraps around the body nicely. Unfortunately, I don't have any 3d modelling software to actually modify the mesh. Eshme's body mesh would be a good start but without 3d studio Max, Gimp, or maybe even Maya it won't be possible to make the characters more muscular.
Also keep in mind that if you download the muscle mod it is entirely possible that armor and other things that haven't been modified will shrink your character down into the default mesh until you remove the armor for which it will go back to it's muscle version size.

November 22, 2007 at 3:29 am #63595TC2ParticipantI have a copy of maya installed on my computer, Maya 8.0 Unlimited, but I don't have a serial key to activate the license. So it's essentially installed but non functional, I would certainly see if it is possible to make muscle mesh in Maya but can't do anything without the key.

pffft. At that point armor is overrated 🙂
November 22, 2007 at 10:39 am #63597TC2ParticipantI made a post at this website, which will give me a higher chance of finding the mod.

I have also requested if perhaps a 3d modeler will cooperate with me in making a muscular Exnem mod, but the chances of any of these things happening are probably 20% or less.
Keep on looking for that mod and I'll make that skin texture.
