I had an idea and was sort of hoping someone could create a scripted spell that my scrawny girl could use to grow into a musclebound powerhouse and use it again to shrink back down to her normal size.
A "Shehulk" type of spell that allows her to grow HUGE and green and gives her uber strength and speed. All her clothes and weapons should be removed from her inventory if she uses the spell to grow but all items and clothing should return to her inventory when she shrinks back down to her normal size. She should still be naked though when she shrinks back down since all her clothes would have been destroyed from all the growth and rippage. A cool idea to simulate this is that any armor that she was wearing at the time of her growth would receive a 100% damage rating – meaning that she would have to use repair hammers to repair her armor or visist a smith to fix them.
But it's very important that she loses access to her inventory items and spells while she's huge. This also allows only one body mesh (the HUGE shehulk form) to be made since she will only be nude while she is in Shehulk form and no armors or clothes would have to be made to fit it.
I've seen a werewolf mod that did all this. I think it's called (Curse of Hicine). In that mod all inventory, weapons, spells, etc are removed and the player is put into a werewolf costume that they can't remove. It's only removed at 5am the next morning to simulate the transformation/shapeshift.
But with this mod idea it will be spell casted and players will be free to grow or shrink back to normal size at will. It would be the only spell availabe to the player if they are in their Shehulk form. This is to allow them the ability to shrink back to normal size if they want to. When the player uses the spell to grow they should lose their inventory and no spells will be available to them except for the "grow/shrink" spell. The player's body will be replaced with a HUGE shehulk body with long black flowing hair, gamma-ray green skin, and a mean and savage face. This body would basically just be a dummy/costume. When the player uses the spell to grow their stats should get a HUGE boost in all the obvious attributes – strength, hand-to-hand, acrobatics, agility, etc. In Shehulk form, the player should be able to kill any NPC with one solid punch. A script could be used to send enemies flying after being hit by the player in Shehulk form.
Porno sounds and the music for the Hulk transformation could be added to "sexualize" the transformation sequence along with some sound of rippage. A slow motion (bullet time) effect could be used to highlight the growth sequence a bit more and to allow the audio to play while in unison while the player is in the growth and transformation stage. This gives players the ability to transform in a very chaotic combat enviroment without having to worry about taking lots of damage while growing. An instant transform would be sort of boring and uneventful. In slow motion (maximum slowmo in Oblivion is 0.02 of normal time) So enemies will be running at 0.02 the speed of normal time while the transformation is happening and while the sounds and music are playing. This gives also gives the player reaction time to plan a strategy on how to take out her foes if she is surrounded. Once the transformation sequence is complete the game would revert back to normal speed. The same thing should happen when using the spell to revert back to being a normal sized female again – except the sounds and music should be different as to simulate the effect of losing strength and shrinking back down. The player could even be put in a vulnerable paralyzed state for several seconds after returning back to being a normal woman again. This would simulate the rapid loss of great strength.
Again, the player will have access to their inventory as a normal woman but right after transforming back to a human they should not be put back in the clothes they transformed into Shehulk in. They need to be naked and should have to enter their inventory and select a new outfit to wear. And the outfit worn should all be at 100% damaged so the player would have to repair it or have it repaired. This forces players to make a choice of either stripping down naked PRIOR to transformation in Shehulk or transform with their armor on and watch it get heavily damaged.

1 Muscular Muscle Woman Costume (With attached black Hair wig)
2 Spells (1 to grow and one to revert)
1 or 2 scripts to allow the body switch after using the spells with appropriate music and sound effects that emphasize the growth sequence or revert sequence.
1 script for damaging clothing items worn during growth transformation
Ambient grunting, growling, and roaring sounds that Shehulk or Hulk would make.
1 script to play those sounds only when in Shehulk form.
1 script that adds attributes and skills while in Shehulk form and another script that take those attributes and skills away when reverting back to human form. While in Shehulk form the player loses access to their inventory items and spells except for the spells gained by being in Shehulk form.Extra Options and Ideas…
1. Other spells could be added for Shehulk that allow the player to use radiation to kill NPCs. A cool script with this could show a lightning effect on the NPC for a short time and then a skeleton of the victim could spawn in the place of where the NPC was killed. This would simulate their flesh being dissolved off their bones.
2. Another spell for Shehulk rage could be made to grant the player a temporary boost in a few of the obvious Shehulk attributes and skills.

Reason being, I uninstalled Oblivion awhile back in a fit of insanity. Now that it is back on my hard drive, I went hunting for new mods. I must say, the community has been alive and well. Simply typing GUTS into the search bar brings up 5 pages of stuff on TES Nexus, where there only used to be 1 and a half. Most of it is LightGUTS clothing mods, which makes me smile. A lot of my favorite outfits are in there. However there is something that made me smile even wider.

Say hello to LargeGUTS. There are some seam issues here and there, but all around, a damn fine piece of work. Now all we need are some outfits to showcase it. 😉

I put up the Maeva the Buxom companion mod if anyone is interested in it. It uses elmanouche's body (unless elmanouche complains in which case I'll put another body in), however it is set up to where you can substitute one of the GUTS variations or any other body you like. i.e. Maeva pulls meshes and textures from her own folders.

How can I make it so that my character SPECIFICALLY draws it's meshes and textures from a specific folder or document.
For instance, I'm using that mesh that you linked to us but if the rest of the women in the imperial city were to suddenly go naked, they too would be all hulked up.
How could I make it so only my player character uses the bigger mesh while the NPC's use something like betterbodies?

New skin texture is being built for Exnem's mesh, which includes the female muscle body. Someone released a resource that had the UV maps of the mesh and made it 1000 times easier to skin. It's still a terrible UV, but it's looking a lot better. Expect a photo realistic skin to come soon, it MIGHT include the _n files as well but not 100% sure.
