I managed to find the results for that contest on musclememory.com:

The video seems to be in order from Bantamweights to Heavyweights and I recognize Lo Kit Ming at 0:31, who won the Welterweight class.

This led to me believe she was one of the top Middleweights, ie Marina Ovchinnikova, Lee Jung Im, or Yu Chi Chin.

After a bit of googling I found that it is defintely Lee Jung Im who is from Korea!
