    I don't think so.  The girls look fairly young (not the Sheila is old), and the signage is in German.  Too compressed to tell for sure, but they don't really look the same.

    It's a clip of the Boettcher twins. Susanne and.. well I don"'t remember the name of her sister.
    They are german.
