Here is a giant set I did last night for arms! And for everyone who has been asking, here’s a little bit about me so I don’t have to keep repeating it. . . . . Age: 25. If you think I have a baby face, look closer. I have wrinkles too. ?? Height: 5’5″ or 5’6″…I’ve been told both. Current weight: 170 lbs depending on day. Started cutting for this show at 180-183ish. Yes, that’s a lot of weight on my frame. Before I started lifting, I was about 140? But much fatter haha! That’s why standards and BMI are bull, and you need to accurately measure your body composition with a #DEXA scan. How long have I been training for: 4 years I think? I’ve always been an athlete and played soccer into college, but I didn’t start lifting CORRECTLY or eating enough to grow until 3 years ago. Well I have some news which may be disheartening to some.

It seems Paige Beef Nuggette Sandgren will no longer be the muscle monster we know and love. In this Instagram post she details taking PEDS and how it effed up her life.

So we’re not going to see anymore photos of her being jacked and ripped unfortunately. It was nice seeing her incredible body while it lasted.

I don’t believe that any of us were ever under the naïve illusion that she was not using gear.

Heck, its impossible to achieve that level of development w/o some degree of pharmaceutical assistance to enhance the results well beyond what could be naturally gained otherwise.

Nor is she unique.

IMHO few, if any, of the elite competitive-contest physique types (crossfit included) get that way w/o some PED usage.
