Not disappointing, just inevitable. You’ve got to know when to hold them, and when to walk away.
IMHO I don’t believe any of us were ever under the illusion that her physique was “naturally” achieved – she had to be using PEDs to some degree or another to have that level of augmented muscularity.
In the competitive physique realm the temptation to use is extremely seductive and powerful. Once you go down that path the positive gains only reinforce the desire to use. Then comes the flip side from prolonged usage and the negative side effects start to occur.

Nothing we didn’t know, but still amazingly honest.

It’s fairly evident from those photos that most FBBers and Physique competitors are larger and more defined than would be possible without some fairly intense pharmaceutical assistance.

They were more focused on feats of strength as opposed to building size.
Also, you have take into account that dietary and training knowledge as well as the equipment is far better today than back then – and nutritional supplements were practically nonexistent.

but unless these posted photos are not recent, she’s resumed / continued to be something of a serious gym rat.Attachments:“I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.”
