ParticipantTo be honest, if that photo is genuine, I'd sayyou've posted this in exactly the right place… 8) I must say she wouldn't be my personal first choice for "female celebrity who buffs up" as I still think of her as a bimbo; however, a lot of young girls follow ecvery move of celebrities such as her, so, maybe, this might make some of them consider doing the same. 😉

ParticipantI don't believe for a minute that she's the bimbo she plays. You don't extend "15 minutes" like she has, with no discernable talents, for as long as she has without knowing exactly what you are doing.
As for working out, I believe that, too. If you have ever seen the Carls Jr BBQ Burger ad, you'd believe it, too. ;D

ParticipantI think that lots of famous people turn to personal trainers and do some form of weight training. In an image-conscious business, you can't get by with fad diets or purging, or at least not for long. And one of the easiest ways to maintain a healthy and shapely figure is by working out.

Of course, but "working out" in these cases usually means cardio, pilates, yoga etc., not weight machines.

ParticipantThat ad is a little older. People like stupid. Look at Jessica Simpson. She made a name for herself that way. You need the looks too. People like dumb. Look at Joe the plumber.

AlexGKeymasterOh, where is Pimp In Neon Black when you really need him to make an appropriate comeback comment concerning her. 8)
