What, you think superheroing pays the rent? Even Tony Stark has a day job…Sheeri’s no exception. After striking out on her own she’s managed to land a gig shilling for Gravity Gear, a relatively new high-tech sportswear/sports equipment manufacturer. Gravity Gear’s GravityAmp weight equipment (such as the dumbbell model shown here) intensifies or decreases gravity within the unit on command, eliminating the need to add or remove weight plates to change resistance. Retail models are designed for normal human tolerances to limit liability claims; as part of her compensation package, Sheeri’s personal set has no such restrictions.
Went with a softer, more off-season look for this one, and you might notice that the forehead gems are different than the usual three-oval set. This is a callback to the modifications in Gettar82’s Sheeri images, in which I found the gem layout to be a bit more organic and interesting.

One detail about these new pics I find interesting is how Sheeri has matured facially since her PCC days. I checked her old file photo from the PCC site, and she’d be about 28 in Earth years now, give or take, right?
June 28, 2012 at 10:44 am #108615Dr.OttoParticipantIf I did the math right, she’s just past 29. Urusai calendar years are 108 earth weeks (around 25 months) long; if you break that down, for each year a human ages, she ages 54 weeks. By the Urusai calendar she’s about 13.5 years old, but Urusai colonists typically use a dual calendar to keep track of their own customs and traditions as well as local Earth seasons. For this reason they use their native calendar age within their own colony and culture, but their solar age when dealing with humanity.
Mind you that the priestess training to don Artias’ helm have accelerated her maturation process as well; those four years were particularly harsh.

It never ceases to amaze me how much thought you put into all this off-screen stuff.

June 29, 2012 at 7:58 pm #108665AlexGKeymasterJust a suggestion, but you might want to include a link to your DA page incase any one (especially Amaz0ns newbees) wants to comment there and/or see your other posted materials.
